Microneedling by Dermapen: A Practical Overview

Device-assisted microneedling is used to support selected acne scars and texture concerns, usually as a course of sessions.
What the procedure does
Fine needles create controlled micro-channels. The intent is to support collagen remodelling for certain atrophic scars, uneven texture and selected pore-related concerns.
Active acne, infection or some medical conditions may mean treatment is deferred.
Downtime and aftercare
Redness and a sunburn-like feel are common for a day or two. Makeup and activity guidance will be given after the procedure. Strict sun care matters while the skin is recovering.
Improvement, if it occurs, is gradual. Deep mixed scars may need more than microneedling alone.
