Platelet-rich plasma is obtained from a small blood sample taken in clinic, prepared, and then placed into targeted scalp areas. It is considered where follicles are still present, not as a restoration method for long-standing bald patches.

The visit and recovery

You may feel brief discomfort during injections. Temporary redness or tenderness can occur. Visible change, if it happens, develops slowly over months. Individual response varies.
